Farm payment terms

We greatly appreciate your trust in our veterinary services and the opportunity to support the health of your farm animals. Our priority has always been to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring your farm animals receive the expert attention they deserve. 

To continue delivering this level of service, we need to address an important matter— our payment terms. We operate on 30-day payment terms. While most of you do adhere to this and some are signed up to our direct debit payment setup, we have seen a growing trend where payments are made beyond this period. This impacts our ability to invest in the very resources—specialist veterinary expertise, state-of-the-art treatments, and rapid response care— that directly benefit you and your farm animals. 

Going forward, we kindly ask all clients to adhere strictly to the agreed payment terms. This will ensure we can maintain the quality and reliability of our service while sustaining a practice that continues to meet your needs. Where existing invoices are overdue for payment, any future treatment will be provided on cash terms. We understand the nature of the industry, and we value the long-standing relationships we have built. However, timely payments are essential in allowing us to continue providing the high level of care that you and your farm animals rely on. 

If you have any outstanding overdue invoices, we kindly ask that they are settled as soon as possible.
